This is Rinnai RI 522M look like. Rinnai 522 has wide range variety, for example:
RI 522C : Similiar with 522M, but the body is Teflon in black color
RI 522CE : Similiar with 522M, but the body is Teflon in green color
RI 522E : Similiar with 522M, stainless steel body and distributed in Indonesia
